- Keep a close eye on condo and townhouse shared walls for drafts and leaks through the freeze-thaw swings
- Keep the furnace filter changed — every one to three months in heating season
- Watch for frost or damp patches on basement walls and in attic corners

What home maintenance matters most in Cambridge?
