By what's actually involved: the work itself, materials, and how long it takes. Describe the job and add a photo, and the quote reflects your job — not a call-out menu with padding built in.

Some do — even a small electrical fix must be done by a Licensed Electrical Contractor in Ontario, and plumbing beyond a basic fixture swap needs a licensed plumber. We route those jobs accordingly, so you don't have to figure out the rules yourself.

You can request a quote, though for anything beyond minor work the property owner or manager usually needs to approve it. Many of our requests actually come from landlords and property managers keeping rentals in shape.
