Appliance Installation in Ontario

The box store will sell you the appliance; getting it installed properly is the part they're vague about. A dishwasher needs a clean water connection, a correctly looped drain and a level, secured fit under the counter. A range hood needs real venting to the outside — not a recirculating filter pretending — and an over-the-range microwave needs solid mounting into studs. Stacked laundry needs the pan, the strap kit and hoses that won't let go behind a wall you can't see.

This is classic single-visit work, and it's exactly the kind of job that's hard to book because it's too small for renovators and too fiddly for movers. We do these all week: one appliance, or the whole delivery day's worth hooked up at once.

One firm line: gas. Connecting or moving a gas range or dryer is TSSA-certified gas technician work in Ontario — no exceptions, and we route it that way. Hardwired appliances get a Licensed Electrical Contractor. Everything else — water, drain, venting, mounting, levelling — is bread and butter.
